Under House (Retrofit): In most instances, London Basement can excavate below your property (whether you have an existing cellar or not), while you carry on living in your property as normal. The amount of extra space you want to create is entirely up to you; you can choose to build below the whole footprint of your house, or just under a specific area, to construct the ideal amount of space needed.
Sub-Basement: Construction is not restricted to a single level basement; London Basement has experience in building multiple level basements, including the installation of swimming pools, plant rooms, wine cellars and storage. These are installed when a client doesn’t want to take away vital living space from the main basement area.
Under Garden (Open Excavation): Should you prefer not to excavate below your house, London Basement can construct a basement below your garden, or if the creation of a basement under your house does not fulfil your need for space, your basement can be extended beyond the boundaries of your house by carrying out an open excavation and extending out below your garden.
