London Basement were very pleased to help out designer/artist, Will Shannon, on his project for the Jerwood Foundation, to build a small pottery workshop from which he would then make pottery items using locally sourced clay. We were delighted to be able to provide the perfect clay for his project, straight from one of our sites in Hampstead to his workshop, ready to use.
With the left over clay from the pots, he then made the clay tiles which were used to clad the exterior of his workshop.
We are pleased to have been able to play small part in such a fascinating project.
