London Basement were very pleased to receive two Performance Beyond Compliance Certificates from the Considerate Constructors Scheme for our sites in The Vale, Chelsea and Oldbury Place, Marylebone. This recognises the hard work of our teams at these projects and demonstrates that building projects can be undertaken in a considerate way to neighbours and the environment.

Regular visits from the Considerate Constructors Scheme help to improve the image of construction and reflects London Basement’s approach to undertaking projects in a safe and considerate manner.
